Who We Are
United Human Rights Protectors council
Human resources establishment
Human rights are defined as the minimum rights that every individual must have against the state or any other authority, irrespective of any consideration. These are provided in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the United Nations in 1948 and contain 30 articles
Well-being and the prosperity of families
Well-being is a positive outcome that is meaningful for people and for many sectors of society, because it tells us that people perceive that their lives are going well. Good living conditions (e.g., housing, employment) are fundamental to well-being. Tracking these conditions is important for public policy.
Betterment of surroundings
All human beings depend on the environment in which we live. A safe, clean, healthy and sustainable environment is integral to the full enjoyment of a wide range of human rights, including the rights to life, health, food, water and sanitation. Without a healthy environment, we are unable to fulfil our aspirations.
Establishment of urban and rural areas
Rural human resource development is the basis and objective requirement for achieving modernization and industrialization. It is required to promote quality, output and added value of agricultural products and increase agricultural economic benefits through refinement and professional ways.

Economic rights are those rights that guarantee people's economic security. These enable all citizens to successfully exercise their civil and political rights. Basic needs for everyone include things like food, clothing, housing, healthcare, and so on.
Socio-economic rights provide protection for the dignity, freedom and well-being of individuals by guaranteeing state-supported entitlements to education, public health care, housing, a living wage, decent working conditions and other social goods.
Part IV of the constitution contains the Directive Principles of State Policy (DPSPs), which include all the social, economic and cultural rights, such as the right to education, the right to livelihood, the right to health and housing.
Cultural rights protect the rights for each person, individually and in community with others, as well as groups of people, to develop and express their humanity, their world view and the meanings they give to their existence and their development through, inter alia, values, beliefs, convictions, languages, knowledge and the arts, institutions and ways of life. They are also considered as protecting access to cultural heritage and resources that allow such identification and development processes to take place.
Collective Rights means the rights vested in farming and local natural resource-based communities to continue to conserve, maintain and control their diverse livelihood systems, which are based on collective processes of generating biological diversity, indigenous knowledge and technologies, innovations and practices which result in the conservation and sustainable use and development of genetic resources for food security and agriculture
